EASY Stir Fried Egg Noodle w/ Bean Sprout and Chives - Mì Xào Giá Hẹ
Ingredients:
1 lb. wonton noodles/HK egg noodles, Fung's Village brand
1 lb. bean sprouts
1 bunch Chinese chives, cut into 2 1/2 inches
2 tbsp garlic, minced
4 tbsp Knorr liquid seasoning
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce, ABC brand

Since I was a kid in the early 50s my mom would make these, usually just with crab, and put the mixture on fire toasted English bagels. Been making them every year since. Dungeness crab works better than any other. Don't use fake butter, and if you want to taste the seafood, don't use any kind of spiced sauce.

Instead I use beef feet .Less bones,less collegan the menudo is all beef,I use half honeycomb,half smooth tripe yellow hominy.
I couldn’t find beef feet so I used pig feet instead and I don’t really like hominy that much that’s why I didn’t add it. Thank you for your comments 💜
